Financial Aid
International Students
Financial aid for international students is limited and competition for it is strong. Financial aid packages for international students may include need-based grants, loans, and campus employment. They are also eligible to apply for summer employment at St. John's, but the availability of jobs cannot be guaranteed. Students interested in work must complete the campus employment application from their campus. If attending the Annapolis campus, please see the Forms and Resources page to download a copy. If attending Santa Fe, please contact the Financial Aid Office.
Complete the CSS Profile online at profileonline.collegeboard.com. You will be asked questions about your finances during your country's most recent tax year, previous tax year, and upcoming tax year. If your country's tax year follows the calendar year, those would be, respectively, 2011, 2010, and 2012. If your country's tax year does not follow the calendar year you should determine your country's most recent tax year by identifying the last tax year that ended or will end before April 1, 2012. From there you can determine your previous and upcoming tax years.
In addition to the online CSS Profile, you will need to complete the Certification of Finances form and return it to the Financial Aid Office.
The deadline for the CSS Profile is February 15. If you are unable to complete the Profile online, please contact the Financial Aid Office for further instructions. No requests for financial assistance will be considered and no offers of financial aid will be made until after a student has been admitted to the college.
